The first edition of SPCS took place in 2011\, with a vibrant agenda. \nThis year\, the conference will highlight the latest advancements in neutrino astronomy and their properties\, gamma-ray astronomy\, multi-messenger probes\, atmospheric neutrinos\, deep-water telescope technologies\, innovative detectors\, simulation and data handling techniques. \nOur aim is to provide a platform to stimulate discussions\, foster collaboration and inspire exploration across the key frontiers of these interconnected fields.
